Erik Faye-Lund	47e422adfa	Revert "docs: use html_static_path for static files" ... No, html_static_path doesn't do the same thing as html_extra_path; it puts things inside the _static folder, which we don't want here. Let's revert the change. This reverts commit e037761a2f. Erik Faye-Lund	e037761a2f	docs: use html_static_path for static files ... I'm not sure why I picked html_extra_path instead, as it's meant for slightly less directly related files than what html_static_path is for. So let's switch. It shouldn't make much of a real-world difference, but should make it a bit easier to understand what this is about. Erik Faye-Lund	b09e1ecef0	docs: move old relnotes to _extra directory ... These aren't built, so they won't get copied out into the public folder unless we put is inside the _extra folder. This has been broken all since the conversion to Sphinx, whoops!
