Remove some leftover mention of the meson dri3 option from the
documentation, the option has been removed in commit 8f6fca89aa (meson:
delete dri3 build option, 2024-08-30)

meson: use a feature option for dri3
This removes the deprecated 'true' and 'false' options, and uses a meson
feature, requiring significantly less code.

docs: use anonymous links when possible
Anonymous links has some benefits in that it reduces the chance of
warnings when similar identifiers are used. So let's use them instead
when we can.
