Add a specific timeout for the U-Boot action in LAVA job definitions for
rockchip devices. This ensures sufficient time for U-Boot to download
the kernel and set up early network, preventing potential job failures
due to timeout constraints.
This behavior started to happen since LAVA 2025.02 version.

Sets the default exit code to 1 to ensure the GitLab job fails when the
LAVA job fails or is interrupted. Adds tests to verify the exit code is
correctly set based on the logs or the lack of them (unexpected
finishing: timeouts and canceling).

We compose the rootfs from a mixture of the base rootfs (exported from
the container build stage, currently lava_build.sh, which can be reused
as long as the container isn't rebuilt), the Mesa build overlay
(exported from the debian-* build job, which can be reused for every job
in that pipeline), and the per-job rootfs (containing job-specific
variables which cannot be reused).
Instead of having LAVA pull the base rootfs and separately downloading
the build/per-job parts on the DUT, get LAVA to compose the whole thing
by using overlays.

Sporadically a6xx gpu will fail to recover causing the lava job
a660_vk_full to loop on error messages for three hours before timing
out.
A few sporadic error messages may still be recoverable, but when multiple
errors occur over a short period, successful recovery is unlikely. Parse
the logs to look for repeated error messages within a short time period.
If found, cancel the lava job and rerun it.
Also add unit tests for this behaviour.

The r8152 error detection is now considering any order of the known
patterns to detect variations of the r8152 issues during the test phase.
This includes a small refactoring for eventual new issues.
Additionally, adjusted the timing for setting the `start_time` in
`test_lava_job_submitter.py` to ensure consistency and reliability in
test execution, aligning the start time closer to the job submission
process.
With this fix, the bad state shown in the following job will be
detected:

During the development of this fix, I utilized the `test_full_yaml_log`
test, which is marked as slow. This test is excellent for reproducing
past job submissions. It can be executed using the following commands:

lavacli jobs logs --raw 12496073 > /tmp/log.yaml
pytest .gitlab-ci/tests/test_lava_job_submitter.py -m slow -s
```
Here, `12496073` is the LAVA job ID from this specific job:

The logs were not functioning as expected due to a few mistakes I made
with generators, such as:
- Not reusing the `time_traveller_gen` generator to call `next` more
than once.
- Forgetting to parse the YAML inside `time_travel_from_log_chunk`.
Additionally:
- Added some statistics at the end of the test to aid in diagnosing
whether the test was reproduced accurately.
- Renamed some variables for clarity.

We were just detecting if a log like

happened once before
[ 316.389695] nfs: server 192.168.201.1 not responding, still trying
But we can use a counter to be more assured that the device is
struggling to recover and we can add let this detection happen during
the boot phase.
This mimics how other freedreno devices deal with this problem, see
`cros_servo_run.py:64` for example.

Add two unit tests related to the LAVA job definition.
test_generate_lava_job_definition_sanity checks for the most important
fields, deploy actions, namespaces etc.
test_lava_job_definition compares the generated definition with static
skeleton YAML files committed inside tests/data folder.

Refactor some pieces of the submitter to improve the clarity of the
functions and create a simple dictionary with aggregated data from the
submitter execution which will be dumped to a file when the script
exits.
Add support for the AutoSaveDict based structured logger as well, which
will come in a follow-up commit.

Let's make lava_job_submitter.py cleaner with only parsing and retry
mechanism capabilities.
Moved out from the submitter script:
1. proxy functions
- moved to lava.utils.lava_proxy.py
2. LAVAJob class definition
- moved to lava.utils.lava_job.py
- added structural logging capabilities into LAVAJob
- Implemented properties for job_id, is_finished, and status, with
corresponding setter methods that update the log dictionary.
- Added new methods show, get_lava_time, and refresh_log for improved
log handling and data retrieval.

This commit updates LogFollower class to handle carriage return
characters in LAVA logs. LAVA treats carriage return characters as a
line break, so each carriage return in an output console is mapped to a
console line in LAVA.
The updated LogFollower class now merges lines that end with a carriage
return character into a single line, making the Gitlab sections work
correctly. In addition, the `remove_trailing_whitespace` method has been
updated to remove trailing `\r\n` characters from log lines.
The `test_lava_log_merge_carriage_return_lines` test function has also
been updated to test for carriage returns at the end of the previous
line.

Since the Collabora LAVA update related to the downtime from
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/mesa/mesa/-/merge_requests/21119, the
LAVA logs from Collabora continued to use the hack for older versions
which digested some control characters, such as carriage returns acting
as newlines, which made it necessary to recover from split lines to make
Gitlab sections work in job logs as expected.
Collabora's LAVA instance now gives a more raw log output. It is
necessary to pay attention to newlines at the end of each log message,
which may cause double newlines when printed with Python built-in
`print` function. I decided to remove the repeating `\n` from the
received log messages to make them transparent to LogFollower users.

LavaFarm is a class created to handle the different types of LAVA farms
and their tags in Mesa CI. Since specific jobs may require different
types of LAVA farms to run on, it is essential to determine which farm
the runner is running on to configure the job correctly.
LavaFarm provides an easy-to-use interface for checking the runner tag
and returning the corresponding LAVA farm, making it simple for Mesa CI
to configure jobs appropriately. By adding tests for LavaFarm, the team
can ensure that this class is functioning as expected, allowing for the
smooth execution of Mesa CI jobs on the correct LAVA farm.
The tests ensure that get_lava_farm returns the correct LavaFarm value
when given invalid or valid tags and that it returns LavaFarm.UNKNOWN
when no tag is provided. The tests use Hypothesis strategies to generate
various labels and farms for testing.

LAVA uses XMLRPC to send jobs information and control, more specifically
it sends device logs via YAML dumps encoded in UTF-8 bytes.
In Python, we have xmlrpc.client.Binary class as the serializer
protocol, we get the logs wrapped by this class, which encodes the data
as UTF-8 bytes data.
We were converting the encoded data to a string via the `str` function,
but this led the loaded YAML data to use single quotes instead of double
quotes for string values that made special characters, such as `\x1b` to
be escaped as `\\x1b`.
With this fix, we can now drop one of the hacks that fixed the bash
colors.

Implement a log-based retry hint for R8152 issue described in #6681,
which is based on detecting these two consecutive lines:
```
r8152 <USB> eth0: Tx status -71
nfs: server <IP> not responding, still trying
```
Where <IP> and <USB> could be any IP and USB addresses, respectfully.
This commit is a temporary fix since it requires a section-aware log
follower, implemented in !16323. When the cited MR is merged, one will
make a proper fix on top of that.

In some jobs, such as
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/gallo/mesa/-/jobs/24904100, the kmsg is
interleaved with stderr/stdout in serial console, making it difficult to
confidently find the log messages to detect when the DUT is booting,
when the DUT is running etc.
Luckily, LAVA sends redundant messages about their signals. We can use
them to mitigate the chance of missing an interleaved message by being
more open to different messages, using the regex on both `debug` and
`target` LAVA log levels.

There are some leftovers in the jobs logs after the result log line.
Only print until the init-stage2.sh output, to raise the chance to check
for the test script results at the first glance in the Gitlab logs.
Extra changes:
- Add `hung` status for jobs considered hanging in the Gitlab
- print them after the retry loop

test_full_yaml_log is a test that will look for a LAVA log YAML file at
`/tmp/log.yaml` and consume it as it was a realtime CI job.
It is useful for debugging issues related with LAVA.
Let's keep it skipped by default, to avoid introducing entire logs into
the codebase.
